Electoral Literacy Cell
An Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) is a club formed in schools, colleges, and communities to promote awareness about elections and democratic participation. It works under the initiative of the Election Commission of India.
Purpose of the club is to educate citizens—especially young voters about their voting rights, the electoral process and to involve them in Democratic process.
Our college has Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) which works to create awareness about independent and impartial voting process among the students and enroll their names in voter list.
