Internal Complaints Committee

The Internal Complaints Committee is constituted to address and redress complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace.

Functions of ICC:

1. Receive, investigate, and inquire into complaints of sexual harassment.

2. Conduct a fair, impartial, and timely inquiry into complaints.

3. Collect and examine evidence, including witness statements and documents.

4. Recommend disciplinary action against the perpetrator, if found guilty.

5. Offer support and assistance to the complainant during the inquiry process.

6. Maintain confidentiality throughout the inquiry process.

7. Submit reports on the inquiry findings and recommendations to the management.

8. Recommend measures to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
